It’s a very sunny Sunday here today but very windy. It feels so weird to open the door and feel a very warm breeze blowing (or gusting as the case may be) but I think it’s mid to upper 70s out there.
Progress on my stitching but this piece is still not completed. I have a green half star to finish at the top. The original design top to bottom is the perfect width for the metal tray this will get inserted in but I need to add some stuff to the sides to make it a bit longer to balance it out in the tray.
Now for the Adopt a Pattern winner – Jack, last week’s pattern to be adopted to a new home – goes to Cathy H.
This week’s pattern to be adopted is
Snow Sampler by Country Cottage Needleworks Chart No. 93.
This was a fun stitch. So if you’d like to adopt this pattern and have a US postal address, leave a comment with the number “93” in it and the RNG will pick an adoptee next Sunday.
Now I’ve got to get busy around here – I’ve been totally lazy this weekend so far and there are things that need to be done. I at least need to make a start on some of it!
