How could it NOT have been an improvement over Monday! LOL The bus was less than 5 minutes late, the bus ride only took about 15 minutes longer than the norm, and when I opened the apartment door and sniffed — no gas smell. Life is good! 🙂
And even the sewing room window is now de-iced. Maybe this weekend I’ll go see if I can get the blind put back up but that’s not high on my priority list right now.
And tonight – since I didn’t have to hopping up and down letting a gas man and maintenance guys in, I actually got a chance to sit down and finish figuring yardage for a quilt that I’ve been trying to get to, so I can cross that off my list.
So now I think it will be back to the hat I’m working on. The only good thing about the long bus ride home last night was I got a lot of knitting done on that hat and I think I’m ready to start the decreases so it should go very quickly now.
My yarn for the Loopy Challenge and the beads arrived last night but I really need to finish the hat before starting that project.
Glad to hear tonight was better. When I read about your Monday, it really made me happy to be retired!
So glad for you that it went better! Michele D
