It’s Flat Stanley. Hunter, who is from Ripon, WI, sent him to his Grandmomma Susan in Texas, who is friend of mine, so she has sent him from the relative warmth of Texas this time of year, back to the Wisconsin cold. I’m not sure yet what adventures Flat Stanley and I will have. Today he will help me take down that Christmas tree and we do have a trip to the Wisconsin State Capital next week since it’s right across the street from where I work. And he’ll get to learn a little bit about law firms when he accompanies me to work. He’s a bit sad tho since there’s not much snow outside so can’t go sled ridding but you never know when old man winter will fix that for him. I’m glad he’s come to visit.

Oh, I would think Flat Stanley should have a sled ride before he is done visiting!
Yes I think he would too – need to get him some new snow or he won’t be able to.
